About me.

I have worked in the construction industry for over 20 years, holding roles ranging from labourer to commercial manager. Throughout that time, the most challenging (and rewarding) part of my career has always been working with people.

I have seen firsthand how past hurts, disappointments, and unmet expectations can shape the way we think, feel, and relate to others. Many of us carry burdens from our past, hide our pain behind busyness, and allow our achievements to determine our sense of worth. We make decisions based on how we perceive ourselves, others, and the world around us, but sometimes those perceptions can become distorted and lead us away from the life we were meant to live. I know this because I have faced many of these struggles myself.

A few years ago, God stepped into my life in a profound way and invited me into a season of healing, growth, and discovery. Since then, I have been on a lifelong journey of learning to lay down unnecessary burdens and embrace the person God created me to be.

Helping people has always been a passion of mine, and through my own journey, that passion has been renewed. I believe I am called to walk alongside others as they pursue healing, growth, and greater self-understanding. My foundation is Jesus Christ, but I welcome and support people from all backgrounds and beliefs.

I have completed multiple papers in psychology and am currently studying towards a Bachelor's Degree in Counselling. I expect that learning will remain a lifelong pursuit, as I continue to grow both personally and professionally in my ability to support others.

My approach.

My focus is mental wellbeing and life coaching. I use evidence-based approaches and tailor my support to each individual's needs, whether that involves goal setting, overcoming unhelpful thoughts and behaviours, navigating relationship challenges, or working through other life difficulties.
